1 million ton quality steel bar production line
1-million-ton steel bar production line includes a new walking beam furnace, high pressure water de-scaling equipment, high stiffness short-stress line mill, walking beam cooling bed, chain-collection device and SUND fully automatic balers and other major equipment. This production line adopts the technology of alternation of horizontal and vertical full continuous rolling process with 14 rollers. The entire process is under full digital automatic control. The raw materials comes from high quality convertor steel billet, and its products is high quality alloy rod with a specification of 20 ~ 75mm.
We strictly follow the principles of basing on certain production volume, implement Average-to-Quality project and improving the added value of products by a large margin by adhering to integrated developing method, optimizing products structure, extending industry chain and striving for developing model reform and company transformation;building company’s status featuring professional，high quality, and characterized products. Focusing on producing quality alloy bars to achieve certain scale effects, entering high end market in the long run and catering to the demand of our end users ultimately.After 12 months of hard work, all the items of the project were successfully completed.
In December 2011, 1-million-ton quality steel bar production line was put into production. This major project symbolizes the company’s determination to upgrade production, transform development mode, adjust products pattern and cultivate core competitiveness.
25600 m3/h Air Separation System
From October 2010, aiming at improving equipment level, the company carried out a series of new projects, one of which is the 25600 m3/h air separation oxygen generating system.After around one year’s construction, we have finished the installing and test of all its subsystem such as air separation system, liquid gasification system, compressor system and auto controlling system, with its core parts from ATLAS COPCO, ABB and Siemens.
The completion of this project pushed forward the equipment level and was a key move to carry on green development and eliminated backward production; it was also a great step toward quality development. As a critical part of the company’s development strategy, this project will guarantee the stable production and the accomplishment of our blueprint for the future. It is the foundation for our “quality development, green development and safety development.
